On windows we are face a the problem of Automatically change Date & Time. this problem are raise because of same reson. 
We try to solve this problem to follow same steps.

Step 1-

When we install the windows operating system if we are not select the time zone properly so it may problem.

After select the time zone and set the time again it have same problem automatically change

Then Follow the 2nd steps.

• open the control panel
• select the "Clock, Language, and Region"
• select the " Date and time" and set your time and date.

 it have the same problem ⚠️

Then follow the 2nd steps

Step 2-

Open the BIOS of motherhood 
To open BIOS mode press "F2 + Dell"
Then find the " Date and time settings"
And select the time with date.
Press "F 10" to save that change.

After the restart again it have the same problem ⚠️
Then follow the 3rd steps

Step 3-

Shutdown your desktop.
Remove all the power connection
Open the cabinet,
Then you see the CMOSS battery.
Carefully remove it

After that you need to a Digital Multi meter
On multi meter set the key on under 20 V.
And check the CMOSS battery give the 3 V or not.
If you didn't get the 3 V from CMOSS then it need to be replaced.
